SCHEDULE Registration will be held on Friday, June 4th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm in Ellis Hall. Children's meetings will begin five minutes before and end thirty minutes after the adult and youth meetings. FRIDAY, JUNE4 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. Check-In 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Dinner 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. Session One SATURDAY, JUNE 5 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. Breakfast 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Session Two 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. Lunch 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Organized Recreation 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Dinner 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. Session Three * SUNDAY, JUNE 6 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. Breakfast 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Session Four 12:00 p.m. Conference Closes MEALS All meals are included in the room fees. Children age five and under may eat for free. The commuter registration includes lunch and dinner. Individual meals may be purchased in the cafeteria. ACCOMODATIONS Accommodations are available on the University of Central Missouri (UCM) where all meetings will be held. UCM is located 40 miles east of Kansas City. The dormitory rooms include two twin beds and are arranged in suites of two rooms with a shared bathroom. Once both beds in a room are paid for, children eleven years old and under can bring their own bedding and sleep on the floor (this will eliminate their lodging cost). An adult wishing to room by himself/herself can select the "single room" option while registering. |
