SCHEDULE
Registration will be held on Friday, May 31st from 4:00pm to 7:00pm in the Tan-Tar-A main lobby. Children's meetings will begin five minutes before and end thirty minutes after the adult and youth meetings.

***MEALS
Two meals (Saturday lunch and dinner) are included in the lodger and commuter fees. All other meals will be on your own. There are many restaurants on the Tan-Tar-A campus and around Lake of the Ozarks. All hotel rooms also include a mini-fridge if you would like to bring your own food.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations are available at Tan-Tar-A where all meetings will be held. The hotel rooms include two double beds or one king size bed. Each hotel room has a maximum limit of 5 people. Hotel check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. Please plan accordingly.

If you are bringing a minor who is not your legal responsibility, you must complete this form and bring it with you to the conference.
